How do I assign Mock Test packs to my pupils?

What you can do here

"You have [number] out of [number] Mock Test packs available.", "You have already assigned [number] packs.", "Number of packs not yet started = [number]".

"Each pack contains 3 Mock Tests."

• Help text: "BOFA ISEB Pretests, Consortium and Chigwell Mocks are bundled into packs of 3… We recommend a minimum of 1 pack containing 3 full pretests." Assign from Manage Pupils, or with "Bulk Assign – … assign multiple packs to pupils within a group". Bulk assigning "enables you to assign Mock test packs to multiple pupils in one go. You can choose which pack to assign and schedule start dates for each of the 3 Mocks in the pack. Pupils must be in a group to use this feature."

  • "With selected packs": "Remove Not Started", then "Go"
  • "Filters": "Pack", "Type", "Assigned" (Assigned/Unassigned), "Started" (Started/Not Started), "Group" and "Show [n] per page", then "Filter"
  • Per pack: "Assign Pupil"
• If you have none: "You don't have any Mock packs. BUY MOCKS"
• After buying ("Purchase Complete" / "What Next?"): assign tests from Manage Pupils / Manage Children, or with Bulk Actions. Create or import pupils first if needed.

How to do it

1. One pupil: click "Assign Pupil" on a pack.
2. A whole group: click "More Bulk Actions".
3. Find packs: use "Filters" (for example "Unassigned"), then click "Filter".
4. Clear unused packs: tick them, choose "Remove Not Started" and click "Go".
